Once you go black, you never go back!
What do you think is causing the knob to rattle? Is it wiggling where it screws on the lever? Could you get some teflon tape & fix it with that? If it's the problem. |

I am installing mine tomorrow. I too have the white knob but will be getting the black one! I don't like the redundency of the shift pattern and I think the black flows better. I am just really excited to get the shifter in period. I hope its an easy install. I was told it was pretty straight forward.

This shifter looks taller than he stock one. I thought this was a short throw shifter. Nice knob though.
