Thanks, but I’m probably moving out of CA within the next 8-9 months, so I’m not too worried about being CARB legal anyway.

Ok, here's where you should be headed..

Tune
Intake
Ported Throttle Body
Speed Engineering Longtubes
3200 or 3600 Torque Converter/Stall
3.91 gears

AND

don't forget suspension...check out my mod list for a good start. I"ve got 1LE shocks/struts sitting here waiting to go on too.

Ported Throttle Body help that much?

Will have to look at your mod list. I definitely want to look into tightening up the suspension on mine. Love to lessen the roll.

Been eyeing the gears as well.

I wouldn't say the Ported Throttle Body helped alot, but it smoothed out the throttle response down low and is only $150.
