im getting so nervous! i ordered sim but in some pics it looks real sharp...a nice metallic metal look and in other pics it looks like a cheap light grey plastic...what do i do??!? iom with black stripes, abm with silver stripes, black with cgm stripes....or stick to my guns with sim and black stripes and blacked out windows and lights?!?!?!?!?

^I think that's just the nature of silver. If you want a deeper, more reflective look then you should get a darker color.

nightmaress I feel the same way, I ordered a 1SS/RS SIM. In some pics it looks great and in other its just so-so. When I went to the Chicago auto show I saw the V6/RS SIM on the stage with the halos on and thought it looked great. Prior to that I was going to get the dark blue, and after looking at more pics I really like the look of the SS in victory red.
I just feel that sometimes the silver just looks boring.... however I did order my car on friday the 13th so I think I still have time to change my mind. Last edited by obrut; 03-19-2009 at 07:46 PM. |
