Well, taking into considering the 33HP gain wasn't at peak.....and I'm no means an expert, but I'd think you'd see somewhere around 340ish HP after all that (give or take) at the crank wouldn't you??

Depends on the type of coating... there are some less expensive stainless steel ones... its when you start doing ceramic coating, titanium, etc... that you can get into the $$$$....

Yep... it was only 18 RWHP gain at peak... The big gain came at 5400 RPM... Interestingly enough there is a pretty decent gain on my dyno sheet at that same RPM range with... the same HP "dip" in the stock setup is there also... The axle-back seems to smooth that out too! hmmmm...

The BBK peak HP was 273 RWHP up from 255 RWHP... at 255 RWHP, i'm going to assume this was a manual car... so... 322 HP at the crank - 15% drive train loss = 273 RWHP..

At 1:21 on the Video it shows a stock 255 HP and a 273 HP with headers but it lists 288HP on the site and in this post at the rear wheels? Am I missing something or is this a mistake?

Well, titanium is a type of ceramic also.

There's stainless, which is just normal stainless steel. Looks nice, but doesn't have the heat resistant properties of the ceramic.

The ceramic coatings keep underhood temps down. As far as I know, the only difference between silver ceramic and titanium ceramic is color (but I could be wrong on that).
