No need for a fuse. Look at post 25. Follow that link and you'll see the place to tap into the power for the dome light. Works like a charm...

I have a bunch a photo's to post up here - but - and I apologize in advance... i want to separate each picture with text to explain what's going on -- and I can't figure out how to do that?? Is there a 'Dummies' guide anywhere???
I am currently working on a step by step how to thread. It will be up, as soon as I am done with it. Hopefully this week, if not definitely by next week.

If you don't use your cigaret lighter you will have power while the ignition is on from that point making it a lot less work. I havent looked there may be a fuse for that lighter in the fuse panel. if so you could tap in there. thats how i plan to do it.

Footwell lighting

Just installed Blue LEDS in the footwell after I read this thread, was wondering which wire to tap into didnt want to do trial and error thanks for the help. They look great. I did not need a power inverter though I got 12 V dc LEDS in blue It takes one step out of the process. !9.00 each side for lights.

Does anyone know which fuse runs the dome lights in case they ever Blow. Its not in the manual and havent found it anywhere on the Net

BTW....each time I open the car when anyone is around they all remark on the interior...and when valet parking ([I know, I know - but it is in an airport....] the guys jaws drop and they are blown away with lighting. This is a great mod to make for the interior -- must change the dome light bulb too...

Thinking about something under the seats to light the rear foot wells, its so dark back there....

Justin - do you think the lighting circuit is able to sustain this?? or should i be thinking about a relay??

Could you take a picture of where you mounted the passenger side light? We are trying to figure out the best place for the light and we are dumbstruck on the passenger side.
