Great information! You must be real short. I see your seat adjusted super close to the wheel lol!

Totally true! Im 5’5” with short and small legs lol. In manual cars I have to sit close, which is why I despise vettes so much. They are a pain for me to get in and out of and I constantly hit my knees on the dash. I drive cars everyday knowing that in a front end impact I am probably going to be killed by the airbag. But I dont have a choice!

Yes, in the data base you can see “salvage title” or “scrapped” etc. Thats how I found out about the canadian car that never made it to its final delivery. It was scrapped before hand, i found that because i realized it would tell me if it was salvaged or scrapped etc.
Any idea what color and year of the Canadian car that never made it to final delivery ?

Obviously I do not have the specifics with me, but paraphrasing Al O's car is a MY14 1 of 1 because it was factory ordered as a Wickerbill car and shortly after a stop order was placed because of a supplier issue. So no other car got the component FACTORY ordered until it was fixed. Making it a technical 1 of 1 for MY14 (possibly MY15 as well). SO his was MY14, car number 1, only car ordered with the WB.

Since Ron brought this thread back to life i have a question regarding spoiler extension. I have seen only a couple of these with window sticker wickerbill,do you have the #s on how many did?. I know they came uninstalled and were fitted during dealer PDI. Also my 15 SIM C42 was a late production with line ordered extension, the other SIM C42 was much earlier production. Would love to know if the other did or didn't,so i could be like Al O

It took me 3 years total basically, its not hard to do but I do have an 'actual' job to do so it was an off/on project for 3 years. I finished it this summer, verified my numbers, submitted it to GM heritage center. That said, here is what this is. Production stats for 14/15, include CTF and Production (for US and Can). What I did not do, mostly because it didnt cross my mind was break down Canada individually. I managed to go back through and get Canada numbers, but only for a small portion (517 of 1292). I found 58 Canadian cars of those 517. I found out some fun facts along the way. Zslash28's is pretty much on queue with his wrecked/salvage numbers. We are at about 40 or so cars gone. Also:

1) CTF #3 for MY15 was in my group.
2) There is still 2 production cars at MPG
3) There is still 2 non-saleable cars at MPG ( Autocross practice car and an asshauler)
4) Al O has a LEGIT 1 of 1 MY14 Z/28
5) 1 of the 58 Canada cars never made it to its destination and was scrapped. I do not know why. I suspect this is why there is 1801 numbers, and not 1800 even.

6) Car #666 is black-non AC...pretty sure that was on purpose!
7) The MY14 discrepancy that keeps cropping up is false. The original number given out suggest an extra 5 or 6 cars, but those were NON-production cars that get thrown in the garbage can. EX vins are in the database, which explains why that number was inadvertently passed out. But, again, they are non-production EX vin cars that get pitched in the dumpster. Numbers are MY14 (509)+MY15(1292)=1801
8) Overall Silver is the rarest color at 79. Individually AGM+C42 is the rarest at only 9 built. Silver +C42 is close second at only 11.
What makes Al Os car a 1 of 1 ? Just curious

I believe his is the only car that lists the wickerbill on the window sticker.

Thought it might be due to the off color white , did CTF have a window sticker ?

The off white car is the concept, not a CTF.

Yes, CTF cars come to MPG stickered up to be prepped, just as a normal car does, difference being the window sticker looks slightly different.

See post 16 for the answer to the original question.
Essentially, Joel is right, it was an issue with the WB.
