335's out back with no problem?

Well guys, getting ready to order some MPSS 335/30/20's for the rear of my beast. Currently I have 315/35/20's on there now with an 11.5 inch wide deep concave Ferrada FR3 rims with +30 offset. Will get some pics as soon as I get them on.

ive been running michelin Pilot SS 335/30/20 since 2017. no issues

Looks like he’s running a 335 but on a 11 inch rim if that the case it’s ok I was going to do the same on my ride

atm (till they're worn) im running factory goodyear eagle f1 G2s right now 285/35/20 on the factory 20x10 wheels. No rubbing issues at all. Factory front wheel and tire on all 5th Gen 1LE and ZL1 cars

they are identical overall outer diameter as the 335/30/20 tires on factory 20x11 wheels im using in the rear

if you're referring to mine, yes. its the factory 11" rear wheels

Your car looks awesome but it’s looks like the silver Camaro is doing the same because I have the same wheels and I’m going to upgrade to a 335 on my 11 inch wheel too

the car in the first post has MPSS in the rear. I can tell by the treads.

if you have an 11" wheel then you'll be fine as long as the offset is correct. the car literally has 1/4" of an inch clearance inside with the suspension on the ground. ~5/16-3/8" in the air. ive never had issues with rubbing even with passengers in the car

Then how come every on line tire shops says the 335/30/20 tires need a minimum of 11.5 inches of width to mount safe? I am temted to hit the target toward the MPSS too but need to make sure my local tire shop will be able to mount them on my MRR 228 20X11 +43

Right now I have the 335 MPSS's mounted on my Ferrada FR3's with a + 30 offset and they stick out about an inch past the fenders. I just bought the MRR M228's 20x11+43 and am putting the 335's on them. 69fordkiller has the same width and offset on his Camaro and same tire size and all is fine there, so here I go. I wanted to move the tires closer to the centerline of the car, and these fill the bill.

the MPSS are far superior than the oe 305/35/20 GY Eagle F1s they replaced in the summer. i havent done a comparison in the rain and im not going to either. im still running 285/35/20 up front. The car is very sensitive to imperfections on the road depending on how you align it. i aligned it for drag with a little positive camber in the back and a little bit of negative in the front. it has no issues with rubbing or anything

Should mention mine is lowered about 1 1/2". Think those will still be okay?
