Not an officer..... Just want to thank y'all for being on the job! You guys and gals are heros in my book! All of you put yourselves in harms way just like our brave soldiers to protect the rest of us. I know most of us will agree that we all sleep better at night knowing that y'all are on the beat! Thank you again for being there!

11 years with a local PD in Southeast Illinois then 21 years Il State Police. Retired in July but as of 3 weeks ago said I'd work part time for Local County Sheriff when they are a pinch. So far I've only worked one shift for them so their full time guys could go Deer hunting. Gotta love living in the sticks!

I cant say how much i respect you guys.
But one thing i do have to say. i cant beleive you can call that a job. Unbelievable. Best two nights of my life were doing 2 ride alongs back in October. Amazing! Very hard, straining and tough job but its the best out there
