That is a great color. I had actually purchased an Inferno Orange SS, one of the clean up guys at the dealership totaled it going to put fuel in it. I was 5 mins away going to pick it up! They were able to get the silver car I have for me so I ended up with a Camaro SS with an M6 which was the intended result.
Every time I see an orange one I look at it close, it's an awesome color! |

Wow. I've read too many stories like that. Luckily you never actually took delivery, right? That must have been a nightmare to deal with.

you know, they took care of it pretty well. The silver car was/is actually a better car, couple thousand less miles and in much better condition and had not been "beat on". Kept the same deal, no change in paperwork other than the VIN and color basically. The silver car was at one of their stores in Virginia, they hauled it down here for me. The only thing that was frustrating was just the waiting! |

Something like that happened to me. I had paid my money for a red Mustang GT. My agent went to get it for me. He came back with my money. Some nif at the lot went to pick it up with a fork lift but managed to run the blades of the lift through the driver door. This led me to the Silver Camaro that I now have. |
