A paintless dent guy for the top of that rear quarter may be a good idea as well.

$33.00 an hour? doubt it. If someone had $3,000 to do that, why not just spend a bit more and get the entire car repainted.

That's some damned impressive work. The original owner was obviously willing to put money into the car considering he took something that most would have sent to the junkyard and did what amounts to a complete restore.

Could this be his current "website"? Fits the name and location as far as I can tell

He was offered a tremendous discount as it was a project car for Jeff's Portfolio. He asked for cars that were on the verge of death to show off his talent.
