I say we put up a bulliten about which Car dealers are Selling a spot on ebay so people dont deal with those car lots, GM should send there Camaros to other Car dealers for doing crap like that. I thought price gouging was against the law wouldnt that be considered that or am i wrong,

A: Thanks, the contract is a one-of-a-kind as far as I know. My reserve is set very reasonable seeing as I've already been offered $5000 cash for the contract. They're supposed to start building the car in February. By purchasing this contract, you could probably have your car by March or April. Without the contract you'll be lucky to get one at all for the first 9 months unless you're willing to pay 10K or more extra.
Q: This is a total scam and I've reported this to ebay. You have nothing to sell and you should be ashamed for taking advantage of people. Jul-28-08
A: I'm sorry you don't understand the auction. I am selling a legally binding assignment contract, which is actually personal property capable of being bought and sold. Feel free to report this to ebay as it is a legitimate auction and does not violate any rules. For those of you who understand the auction, and want to own the first 2010 Camaro, bid away!

If this is the right dealership then maybe you can let them know that this guy is selling something he doesnt have.

It gives him the right to buy one of the first cars that come along, Hell it could be a v6 base model.

First of all they say own the First Camaro, and second they say march-april you should be able to find one by then even if you have to travel to get one i wish we could spam them like you can on craigslist. By the way has anybodylisted one on craigslist like ebay,

I just emailed the dealership lol.

Someone is selling the right to one of the first Camaros that come out to your dealership. by the understanding most of us have is if the contract is not in the buyers name (the person buying it off of ebay) then they have no right to the camaro. am I right?

Also, Since this guy is selling the rights on ebay, you guys are not making any money on the car, he is making more. Alot of us are thinking this is a scam & he is using your dealership to insight this scam.
