Although I use it regularly she wont see the snow this year. The Trailblazer SS or our Saturn station car will be the snow mobiles. The TB SS isnt too bad in the snow the traction control shuts you down the second she starts to slip.

I got the Pirelli Scorpions put on my 20" wheels yesterday.
OK, winter, I'm ready now!
Funny thing was I had to take the summer tires home in my car.
I put the back seat down and put a blanket down.
We put the tires in bags also.
The two back tires went in the back seat area through the trunk.
(which the tire barely fit through, they must have designed it that way)
Then one tire in the trunk and one in the passenger seat.
Two tires might fit in the trunk, but you can't get the second one through the trunk opening.

Almost 2 feet of snow here in Philly. I shoveled out my car and knocked the snow off of it today. Haven't tried driving it yet. The roads are getting better. If it's that bad out I'm just staying home.

i was going to attempt to take mine out today, but its now 5:20pm and the plows only came around once. I have a 4 foot high drift at the end of my driveway, so ill wait until tomorrow....

on the topic of winter wheels/tires, does anybody know if a 17'' wheel and tire combo will fit on a 2LT/RS camaro? Tirerack has a great price for a package deal

I can't answer that specifically, maybe you can email/call tirerack to see.

I put those 18" LT wheels with all seasons on last weekend. I had to dig my car out of its spot this morning but just took it out for a spin and it seems to go okay. I definitely need some weight in the trunk though to help out. Got to get to the store to get some kitty litter, sand, etc.

True test will be morning 75 mile round trip to work tomorrow. Still lots of roads with lots of snow on them.

Mine will be in the gargage for likely the next month. I don't want to have to deal with salt and dirty snow and slush. Cannot handwash the car in the cold weather and I am not taking it to a Car wash if it did get dirty from the salt, so rather keep it in the gargage where I can still just dust it off and polish it.

I bought this car as a secondary car. Did get to drive my Yukon for the first time in the snow. That truck is a tank!

yikes

I didnt go anywhere this weekend. I wasnt chancing anything happening to my LS that would prevent me from getting the 2LT. I have a jeep that I will be able to drive but it needs a water pump...dont have the funds right now for the fix but maybe Santa will help me out...
