To add to this, I remember the purple on the 2004 GTO and man it didn't look bad but it wasn't a color people exactly wanted either. Purple should not be in the color selection.

No thanks on the Mopar colors. GM has its own heritage colors that are missing.

1969 Hugger Orange
1969 Rallye Green
1969 LeMans Blue

Those are the colors I'd like to see made.

I'd probably prefer a medium blue. The Polo Green on the 4th gens did nothing for me. Just too plain. I think they had a Bright Green in the later years that wasn't too bad. Didn't see many of them though. Greens have to be the right shade to really look good. And I hated both purples they also used on the 4th's. A medium blue that's not gaudy or too dark would be nice.

I would personally like to see a dark cherry metallic.

But as Scott mentioned, there is no real market to justify the cost.

I am sick of blues, the camaro needs another attention getter color and synergy green is just that, but 1 more would be nice. bright orange or a mixed color that would pop would be fantastic.

2. Dark green
3. anything but purple...sorry guys.

That said, given the cost you mentioned, I have been wondering for some time now how Ford seems to justify so many colors on the Mustang. I haven't counted but especially in the last generation ('99-'04) there was a huge variety of colors, and I would think that's good for the consumer and sales. Another example is Mini...when my buddy ordered his, I couldn't believe the number of colors that were available.

Thumbs down to Plum Crazy. Had my heart set and My fingers crossed for the CTS Crystral Red/ White Rally stripes. Bummed out at first with GM's choices of reds. Went with IOM/CGM stripes. All better now.

Dark Green Metallic Clearcoat - PLEASE~!!!! (Think the dark green on the 1966 Mustang GT - I looked absolutely liquid when done right)

CTS Crystal Red would have worked for me.
