I did a TDY to Tyndall, AFB on the panhandle and the officer that did our in briefing said not to leave the pathways after dark because the alligators like to lay in the swells and catch small animals so you might trip over one and get bit. Yep I took the base taxi to the BX and back.

I haven't driven mine since October, so :P. It's about time to break it out again. When these Indy 500's wear out I think I'm going to put all seasons on these OEM rims and get some nicer ones for summer tires so I can swap. Then I only have to deal with really bad weather days and pot hole season.

I love my Camaro, but pot hole season is rough on both of us. People may think sport SUVs are dumb, but the ability to take moon craters at speed has some utility locally for late winter/early spring...

I'm a New Englander who likes the four seasons, abundance of clear, clean water, lack of natural disasters and absence of venomous/poisonous creatures up here. But I do miss my Camaro in winter, so keep rubbing it in, and you might change my mind!

Meh.
Been married for 30 years so venomous creatures aren't much of a threat.

Growing up in Ohio, everyone retired seemed to break hips and arms falling on ice or blowing up their tickers shoveling snow. Pass!
