There is a different part number for the engine/transmission harness starting in 2013 so there is a chance that my diagram from 2010 is incorrect. But if it is a ground, I would expect TCM com codes in addition to or instead of just ECM (depending on how the module is wired to pass on the data). I also found pictures online for other connector end views that are supposed to be from 6L80Es that have the alignment notch in a different location in relation to the "wing" that sticks out, so who knows. It can only be confirmed what it is from the wiring colors on the car.

Imma pick up the car today and remove the tehcm.. I’ll open up the little box where the wires are and follow it to the broken pin to see what color wire it is then I’ll do the same for the harness side if that makes sense so that way y’all know what the exact wire color is. I’m really hoping this broken pin is the issue that’s causing all of this.

It's really only the harness side that the wire colors are likely to match.

I would suspect a U0101 as well. With all the variables here it's like the tail wagging the dog. Fiilthyy, did you confirm a 60 ohm reading on the can high & low between pins 6 & 14 on the obd plug?

One of the 120ohm resistors is in the ECM.

Quick update on the issue… It WAS that broken pin that made the car not turn on and throw that U0100 code. Now the issue is that once I put the car into gear it won’t move at all and no noises at all, no grinding, or anything coming from the transmission. I put that car in gear and it goes no where?? Could it be the converter (it’s new and I filled it up with fluid before installing it so it won’t have a dry start). What could it be now? Could it possibly be the TCM? All I did was add a bit of solder to the end of the broken pin on the harness side so it can make contact with the TCM and that I guess fixed my issue (yes I will be getting a new TCM I just did that to make sure it was that broken pin causing the issues).
