That is really sad. I used to work in and around Kingsville for many years. Hits a person hard. I hate to say I was young once and did some pretty stupid stuff while I was drinking. Not sure why I'm even here today. Someday maybe they'll install those breatholizers on all cars to keep people from driving impared.
