oh yea and if your looking for parts for your camaro then try these websites:
emblempros.com
yourhotcar.com
westcoastcamaro.com
Higher octane gas is just more resistant to detonation in an engine. Necessarily, a car that recommends regular, should not need to use premium, but a car that recommends (or requires) premium, then that is what should be used. The 3.6 LLT V6 recommends regular, and was designed to run on it.

As to the "big" word the op mentioned, ethanol E85 fuels are to be avoided. In a sense, however, ethanol is not "totally" avoidable, due to the fact many gas companies have a 10% or < content of ethanol in their fuels.

As mentioned earlier the only thing that would be really bad to run is E85, but that's just like most new cars you shouldn't run E85 in any engine not advertised as flex-fuel ready.

With an LS or an LT the V6 is tuned for regular (87 most areas) and running higher octane simply means you are paying more money and getting a slight loss in power and mpg's. This is obviously a bad idea but it shouldn't hurt anything but your wallet.

With an SS the V8 is tuned for premium and as such using premium will get you the best performance whether you're measuring 1/4 mile times or mpg's but it does have a knock sensor and will tune itself down to run on low octane if one insists on penny pinching.

Yes. Higher Octane will burn cleaner and has a higher Octane content which produces power. Will you notice anything putting it in your tank, day to day, most likely not so much.

Kills me these people that drop $30 - 50 G on a hot car and whine about dropping a few extra cents at the pumps. It certainly WONT hurt your car and long term WILL help keep that air pump breathing cleaner and better..thats worth a few extra bucks in my book and I'm paying around $4.25US a gollon for premium!

From the manual:

Gasoline Specifications
At a minimum, gasoline should meet ASTM specification D 4814 in the United States or CAN/CGSB-3.5 or 3.511 in Canada. Some gasolines contain an octane-enhancing additive called methylcyclopentadienyl manganese tricarbonyl (MMT). We recommend against the use of gasolines containing MMT.

That prodcut, which was a supplement to tetraethyl lead additive, was placed on the market in 1958, and was thoroughly banned in 1977, but the ban was lifted in 1995. Simply put, the manual states to NOT add any fuel additives to the car.

Quick question about the LS halos that you can buy after-market, do they come in all colors?

it is a seperate switch that needs to run into the cab... you can put it on your factory switch plate.

The cost is due to the new housings, HID kit, and plug and play wiring harness... lots of time went into this to get it as easy to install as possible.

T_T I ask my co-worker at the shop about what i can do to get abit more HP and Torq he said get Cold air intake. So you're car can breath better and better MPG if you keep your foot light on the paddle. So I order Airaid cold air intake for my Camaro. Hopefully that wasn't a bad choice. Any more suggestion?
Congrats on your new car !!! For the most part, the V6 is pretty much running at max for right now. There really isn't much wiggle room for gains from mods. Not saying they won't be there in the future, just don't jump on all the addons at this popint and time. I would suggest hanging out in the V6 section and do your research there ...
