Man!! Some people!!
WTF is wrong with some people!!

Sorry but this C U Next Tuesday (And I dont have any other words for this type of low life hit you on purpose. No one goes crashing into a car like that and gets a way without someone hearing it. I think he slowly dented your car deliberately and anyone driving would feel the nudge and stop. this douche did not and deliberately continued.

All I can say is karma will catch up to these scum with ameba like brains and hopefully they will not breed before they perish!

I know thats harsh and its just a car, but these a$$holes apply the same kind of respect to everything, from your possessions to someone elses, towards money, property and more importantly people also. These are the people that will stab you for bus fare.

Its sad that people are like that. My 17yr old daughter did something like that last year. She was pulling into a parking spot and hit the door of a BMW. She called me and said what do i do. I told her to leave a note on the car for the owner with my contact info. Since she worked in the Mall she left where she worked also. The car owner came in and thanked her for being honest as they never even saw the damage until they read her note. The owner was very nice about the whole thing, I paid out of pocket and my daughter was made to pay me back. lol. Needless to saw, she parks a whole lot more careful now, LOL

I'm late to this thread so this may have been said all ready, but I'd suggest you to... Call your insurance agent and ask if you have Uninsured Motorist property damage liability. You may have coverage if they consider it a "hit and run". The state of Texas set the deductible for Uninsured motorist coverage at $250. So, you'll be out of pocket the 250 deductible, but it's better than using your collision coverage and having a collision claim on your record for something that wasn't your fault. Also, doesn't Walmart have cameras in their parking lot?

Most stores will NOT release video to you or anyone but Police anyway. ALways worried about their liability and unless your have a police or court order...(or know the security guy really well who can look at it for you) you are sadly S.O.L anyway.

Sorry about the damage...I fear that all the time with the Solstice my Harley and now the Camaro!

Walmart does usually have security cam. See if you can get them to identify the vehicle and take that to the police/insurance.
