Well, herein lies the problem. the hospital I go to is right next to a pretty busy retail and pleasure spot. Its also very crowded with multi family homes and rental properties. So what tends to happen is people not going to the hospital tend to park in hospital parking lots.

People actually going to the hospital don't pay. You get your parking validated by the secretary in the department you have an appointment in. You then take your ticket stick it in the machine at the entrance and off you go.

i said that to my girlfriend, i put my foot down and told her its my beloved i am the only one to drive it. so three days later there i was teaching her how to drive stick.....

Moral of the story, You drive like an A-H you will eventually pay for it...

I took out the name of the Model of the car doing this so as not to offend any of our other members that may own this type vehicle..
That on video would have got a million hits on Youtube....
