Congratz! Amazingly fast car. And it's a 2lt with extra weight. V6 is just a well designed, but it took a good driver to take it 13.9.....nice very nice.

BTW.. what was your official 1/8th time again? I did some math on a number of timeslips... looks like taking your 1/8 mile ET and multiplying it by 1.546 will give you a pretty good estimate of what your 1/4 mile ET will be... Speaking of driving... Dang, I need to drive out and run with 67 GTO... that guy get's some amazing DAs!!!! ARGH!!!! LOL!

congrats!
Do you have a tune? I wonder if the auto programming from trifecta or vector would help the 60' times at all?

I'm thinking may be not with the 60'. The main benefit is going to be on the shifts...

Also, need to work some more with Vince on backing off the torque management stuff... Right now the computer basically kills the power right before the shift, dropping your timing to like -8 degrees! So reduce power, soft shift, then resume power... That's where I think we'll see some benefits!

Would be perfect to have head snapping shifts in S mode and normal daily driving soft shifts on D.....hope Steve can accomplish this!

![]() What PSI are you running them at? Of course, I keep going back to the fact they MAKE you go through the water... That could easily be the issue... With that kind of tread you could be throwing a lot of water up in your wheel wells... which drips down even after you cleaned your tires off...
