Actually, no it wasn't. I had the same situation happen to me at Target and I had parked their first. People in Vegas seem to park like that all the time and I was parked why the hell out away from EVERYONE! There was NO reason he should of been anywhere near me but, there he was!

That's what I meant - the post you replied to was being sarcastic (I hope) w/their comment...I don't think the OP would have posted if they parked next to that.

i parked in the back parking lot with not many other cars around and some truck parks so close i cant even get in my car... so i waitf for like 20 min.. finally got in waited some more then finally jus keyed the hell outa it i was pissed it had to be deliberate then i drove around and they still didnt come prolly a good thing they didnt...

almost as bad as the person who parks their huge SUV (hummer, escalade, land rover etc,) in the compact car spot on your driver side. Happened to me once and the fact that he did it without touching the vehicles on either side is was amazing. Only had about half an inch of clearance on both sides. Had to go in through the passenger side. Wish I had one of these tickets though.

Happens on the Las Vegas strip ALL the time!

so what does this have to do with your brother having a conceal-carry permit? Whats he going to do if the guy did damage his car, pull his gun?
