I echo the fbodfather's thoughts

I was among the GM group that attended, and I think I can safely speak for all of us when I say we were absolutely astounded with this event. We were all privileged to be part of this, and we will not forget this experience. The highlight for me was participating in the cruise. What an amazing feeling it was to join 300 other Camaros in this. Thanks to all of you for making this event what it was.

Thank you Scott. Thank you for keeping the dream alive and helping bring the Camaro back after an 8 year absence. Thank you for remembering there are still a group of enthusiasts who love and appreciate these cars for the work of art they truly are. GM absolutely got the 5th gen Camaro right and you all should be very proud. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my ownership experience since day 1 (7/11/09). It’s not “just a car” and it never will be. It’s part of me and who I am and it still makes me smile every time I look at it. Job well done.

I missed the Camaro5Fest but saw the pictures and heard the stories. I'm glad everyone had a great time.

Do you suppose there is any chance of some higher-ups at GM attending this event next year? If not solely for the Camaros benefit, but for the entire GM line. Might do them some good to see firsthand what happens when you do a car right, so that they might become truly INSPIRED, rather than just motivated to make a profit.

Just don't forget about the West Coast when planning another one. We need a Camaro Fest West!

Wow, with someone who is that passionate about not only the car but, the customers and fan base as well, I'm not surprised the Camaro is as successful as it is. You've got a good team over there and knowing now the level of personal investment you all have in this project, I'm really excited to see where everything will go in the future.

I believe (don't quote me if I'm wrong ), that this is what we came to know as the Pontiac GTO.
