yep, Factory and one of our mounts. the speaker is actually built into the spacer so there is no separating it.

IMO I would go with the Phoenix gold components here for half the price and way better sound (again, IMO - those Alpines are ok, but the PG's are beautiful sounding)

I would also drop the rear 6x9" speakers and put in a single 10" subwoofer. the back seats in these cars are really pretty much non-existant so having passengers that need to enjoy the sound is not usually much of a problem. Not to mention, having mids/highs from the rear confuses the sound stage because of the time delay between the front speakers and rear speakers to your ears and instead of letting the sound image off the windshield like it should, it just fills the car with noise.

I would spend the $$ you were going to spend on the 6x9's on a single 10" sub - alpine makes an excellent sub and run the front 2 channels of that amp to the components and the rear two channels bridged to a single voice-coil subwoofer in the trunk - you will be much happier IMO.

If you can manage slightly more cash, upgrade the amp to something that has a little more power and you will be VERY happy with the upgrade.
