That is kind of weird. I would expect a blue to be available. I wonder if there is a reason for that exclusion.

I guess as a last resort, i can get a Silver Ice and have a paint shop paint on Lazer Blue!

If you're getting a custom paint job, you might as well go for Hugger Orange, Rally Green, or something iridescent.

Yeah, I can't believe there are no blue options for the SS. That's just wrong! It's too bad there isn't some way to show GM the numbers of the people who won't be ordering early on because of the lack of blue availability, cause I'm thinking I'm going to be one of them. :(

Come on now, Lazer Blue Metallic does look custom. It changes from a metallic black at night, to a purpleish at dawn, to a bright blue under full sun!

Well Dodge did the same thing and only offred 3 color's for their SRT8 Challenger because it was a limited run. Perhaps GM views the SS as a limited run so less painting area's. at the plant can be used. I just think they should have removed one of the silver's and put in its place one of the blue's to make everyone happy..

Well, given the positive response to Cyber Gray and the need to replicate the silver on the concept, I think removing one of those colors would have just ticked off a different set of people. Can't say I understand why there's no blue SS option but there has to be a good reason. Maybe GM is coming out with some sort of blue tint coat like the red jewel??

If you look at the fine print where it says what the numbers mean it confirms that imperial and aqua blue are not available on the SS. I could see no aqua for the SS, but no blue at all seems like a mistake. One of my favorite colors on the 4th gen SS was NBM. With the chrome 10 spokes that car was hot.

This just proved that the Z28 is NOT dead, read the last question

One thing I noticed now that I didn't before is that the quad guages on the console are now only available on the SS. I thought it was going to be satndard on SS2 but optional on LT2 and SS1.
