Finding a ring for the fogs will go a long way towards the success of this installation. Needs to match.

So far so good. Good setup for folks who have the RS package already.

I just got the multi-color/shift AAC halos (heads & fogs) installed... from the looks of it... I am now thinking I should have done it this way instead...

looks good!

Gabe, definately going to have to take the housing apart to get to the factory halo lighting circuit. I installed AAC's colorshift halos and I placed these BEHIND my factory halo. The wiring for the factory halo resides inside the actual headlight housing. The bulb is also there at the base of the ring. From the pics Becca posted up in the beginning of the thread, the ring was out of the housing for the shots. I wish there was an easier way thats for sure. Getting those apart was the worst part of the install of the LED halos. Everything else was cake!

I have talked with Daniel at Sound vision. He would be more than happy to make a kit for any of you guys. He has a few options that can be done with reguards to remote operations. He is also willing to try and develope a ring to mount in the nonRS cars if anyone was interested in working on that with him. He said to give him a call and hell discuss what u want and make it for you for you to install or to bring somewhere to get installed. I am, sorry i have not posted in while my wife Becca just deployed few weeks ago and my son and i have been sick.

yea you have to open the head light housing. was actually about to install the aac helo when i looked at the RS helo conections and ring and decided to modify the light to work with factory helo ring. i will be working with him to develop the fog lights but i have alot on my plate right now and it is on the back burner for the moment.

the only thing that scares me is splitting the stock headlight housing apart. . . If not sealed properly it will fill up with moisture.
