I would prefer that they offer HID as an option for the 2SS
I'm not a fan of the RS badging on a SS, but HID would be nice

Did some searching for a comparison. Please let me know if these are incorrect. I prefer the Midnight Silver since I'll have black exterior w/ cyber gray stripes

It will still say SS, it's just in red letters.

I think Midnight Silver looks really good! I think its fine with no polished wheels, But I do think they should have that option...

The painted RS wheels were the deal breaker for me. I had intended on the 2ss/RS, because I really wanted the HID's and the painted roof drip mondings, but I do NOT want those wheels. I'll be getting a 2SS with polished 20's and hopefully do a HID conversion later.

Something to keep in mind - Cheryl said in the camaroz28.com podcast that if it was only the wheels (midnight silver vs. polished) that were keeping you from getting the RS package, when you order, you still might want to include the RS package and wait over the next couple weeks as they worked to make other options available. It seemed like she thought they would be able to make the polished and RS combo available.

I guess that you could probably wait and add it at a later date also once it becomes available...

JMAN, The First picture is Correct, but the second one is not polished, The people from texas said it was a painted silver color. Look at the Red and Yellow V6 Rs's for polished wheel pics.

Couldn't find any good shots of the wheels on the yellow or red one in the light. Do you know if the silver one I updated the pic of are polished?

I voted NO as polished wheels look kinda cheap to me, but I do think it could be offered as an option for those that want it.

Ditto on lack of polished wheels keeping me from wanting RS package.
