So guys, does everyone think these wheels on this orange camaro (link below) are midnight silver? It's an RS package and they dont appear shiny so unless they're polished, they should be midnight silver.
what does everyone think?

Looks midnight silver to me. Though I've only seen the painted 18 inchers in real life.

Has anyone seen the February 2009 issue of Hot Rod magazine with the red 2010 Camaro on the front? (LS7) Take a look at those rims. I just got off the phone with my salesperson and asked if he could get those for my 2 SS RS IBM black interior.

the wheels on the SEMA LS7 concept were one-off customs, & as of now, don't have any production plans that we know of.

I think this pic by member Ry4nVan best captures the darker finish of the midnight silver wheels. I'm really liking it.

The midnight silver looks like silver with brake dust on them. I keep thinking my rims need cleaning lol.

Now there's nothing wrong with chrome (Cragar SS) wheels or a bright polished aluminum wheel. These will just look more like actual metal, and not grab so much attention away from the body of the car like a brighter, shiney (Gaudy???) wheel. Oh, don't get me started on spinners!!! Ultimately of course it comes down to personal taste.

Well does anyone know if someone actually makes a spinner?

No......they may have upgraded to the polished for the extra bucks.

I just cleaned the polished set I picked up and now can see the real difference. The back wheel is painted black on the MS while the polished are left natural. The MS do not show the brake dust and dirt that quickly show up on the polished.

I think the MS look better on my SIM and are much easier to keep clean.
