Gotta say though, part of me's thinkin that if it ends up being under a thou, then its not gonna affect my decision to purchase. I got 2 deployments worth of cash goin into this 2SS and I ain't makin any compromises hehe.

Oh...If I havn't said already. This forum is fantastic. I've never had so much good information and advice at my disposal. You guys are the best and thanks so much for all the help!!

do you think the car will stay like the 2011 for a couple of years or do you expect changes in 2012 also?

search is your friend. It's been covered multiple times. It's likely possible, but it will be expensive (replace entire dash is the rumor) but final verdict won't come about until someone tries it.

What type of changes are your asking about?

Body and engine wise it will stay the same atleast until the Camaro goes to the Alpha platform in 2014. Even then they may not change.

Options will change from year to year.

Head Up is supposed to be standard on 2LT and 2SS from what I've read.

I just wanted to Thank you and all your buddies for putting yourselves in harms way so we can sleep in peace tonight. My gratitude brings a tear to my eye when I think of all the sacrifces you and your families have made for those of us who can't serve.

If it were up to me... every member of the Armed Forces would be given the Camaro of their choice free of charge as just a small gesture of Thanks.

I suspect they won't release it until Tuesday, June 1 in order to capitalize on Memorial Weekend sales.
