Are you going to cancel the card?

If so here is some food for thought.

I don't know what your credit history is but if you research it canceling a credit card can affect your credit rating. If you are in anyway worried about this and I am not saying you are just info I just know that credit ratings effect your job applications and the interest rates you get on credit purchases. I would call the credit card company and see if you can have charges blocked from them or just get a replacement card like yours was lost/stolen. Of course only after they send your refund

Hope all works out in the end for you which ever course of action you take

What often works for me is a call to the office of the CEO or email to the CEO. I sent an email to the CEO of DirecTV and received a call back in 5 minutes. Might be worth a shot.

best link I could find for them http://investor.sirius.com/governance/contactdir.cfm

Cancelling a credit card is not going to hurt your credit rating, it will actually improve it. The less revolving credit you have, the better.. In other words the less credit cards you have the better..

You might want to actually check your info!

In most cases, canceling a credit card won't help your credit score. In fact, it may actually hurt your score. You see, your credit score depends on how you shake out in five different credit-scoring categories, each weighted differently when calculating that score.
According to Evan Hendricks, author of the book "Credit Scores and Credit Reports," canceling a credit card potentially can hurt you in at least two of the five categories -- and maybe even a third.

Credit-utilization ratio is key
First, canceling a card could upset your credit-utilization ratio, the second most heavily weighted category in Fair Isaac's credit scoring algorithms. For example, assume you have three cards with total available credit of $20,000. Assume further that your outstanding balances total no more than $6,000 of that available credit at any one time. Since creditors like to see a credit-utilization ratio of 30 percent to 35 percent or less, you're in good shape. Now, assume that you cancel a card with a zero balance and a $10,000 credit limit. Suddenly, your utilization ratio jumps to 60 percent, and your credit score drops.

The link below is only one of many?

i just don't pull information out of the air i do research.

^^^^ This please. You would think in customer service jobs, speaking clear English (or whatever the language of the customer is) would be a high priority.

I also notice this at airports a lot--they hire people who barely speak English to do announcements on the PA system.

I drive 56 miles one way to work and will hear 15-25 split second static where it is losing reception. It is enough to drive me back to FM
Satellite Radio itself should not have static. It is a digital siginal, where it should just cut out to silence. It might be a problem internal to the radio, or the wiring in the car.

At some point GM will need to monitor this crap. There are gonna be a lot of people that will be bitter toward General Motors for "Feeding them to the wolves".

I didn't use the satellite radio when it was free. I damn sure ain't going through this crap for it.

too bad some of you are having a bad experience with the XM. I never signed up with them in the first place. I just can not make myself pay for radio.....just seems silly. Use an ipod/cd's. Hope you get it taken care off.

After reading this thread, it really sound to me like they are hurting for business. Demand apparently wouldn't support two service providers and now that they are one....doesn't seem to be any better. Unauthorized credit card billing, harassing sales calls. As for bad English, thats what happens when you farm your call centers out to India. He's telling me his name is Jim with a thick Indian accent....I know thats you Sanji
