Cyber Gray car?

I was seriously considering painting my current camaro the Steel Gray that Dodge put on the Viper. There's a 4th Gen around where I live that is that color and it is sick.

Funny...I said it in another thread already, but this seems a good thread to repeat it.

I was ready to do cyber gray, but when I went down to order it there was a vette on the showroom floor in that color and well..no thanks. Too gray. I was expecting more like the color above on the camaro (brown tones in it). The gray just had no punch to it.

I went red jewel instead, as I've seen that on GM cars and it's unreal.

CamaroSSforme, i had the exact opposite reaction to the Cyber Grey. When i saw the vette in person. i was flabbergasted. There is a blueish tint all over the car until you get up close and see the Jet Stream Blue flake that is in the paint.

It sounds like you'd prefer the color on our Equinox Sport. It's a dark gray (I forget the exact name right now) that looks great. But in some light, at different angles, it appears brown.

Personally, I hate when it appears brown. I don't like anything brown/tan/cream colored on a car myself. But you should check out the Equinox color and see what you think.

I just didn't see the bluish tint and lord knows I tried. Just looked too gray for me. To the other comment about the brown..no the gray with slight reddish brown never looked brown to me, more golden in certain lights.

And yes, color sure is a personal thing
