It actually would be awesome if we could see it roll down the line. I wonder if gm can roll a webcam. That would be so awesome. It could flash a virtual number above each vehicle as it rolls off the final line.... GM... Make it happen!

Maybe we don't want to see? Might be like the sausage factory - tasty end result but it's better not to know the production details.

Actually I DVR'ed the Nat Geo channels shows for the plants that build the Camaro, Corvette Z06, and Porsche 911.
There is a lot of highly technical equipment in each plant and highly skilled workers that don't eff around when it comes to building with pride and care.
I can truly say that I saw just as much technology, skill, and pride in each episode so we are getting quality builds at budget prices compared to the Z06 and 911.........way to go Oshawa crew!

how do i know if i am at 3000 or whatever? What is 3000? LOL

i did call and got a TPW of june 21srt. the plant is only 2 hours away.

I bought my car from Becky at Rodgers Chevy in Michigan. They are 1,100 miles from where I live but getting good service is worth the long-distance relationship. The car can be delivered to almost any chevy dealer no matter where you buy it. Becky emails me almost every day. I like that - keeps the excitement level high.
