it weighs lighter, and is more hollowed out on the inside, you also get a bigger tip...it sounds a whole lot different...i like it...cheap and easy, got the mufflers for free and paid $40 to weld them in place....

I love my MRT V2 however...

the shop did have to do quite a bit of cutting and tweaking to get them to fit with my ground effects. ...they sound great!

Maybe its just the video, but the mrt v2 sounded a bit ricerish to me /shrug

Ive been looking at which ones but sometimes its hard to tell true sound from video...I try to believe that the mrts do not sound a bit ricer in person and its just the video with how many ppl seem to like them

The reality is that all V6 exhaust will have a high pitched, metallic, honking sort of sound at some point in the RPM range. That said, listen to a Porsche with aftermarket exhaust and you will hear a similar tone. So maybe it is more kraut than rice.

JBA is my fav .. good sound when u push it ..I feel the sound got deeper but not raspy ! under 500.00 bucks! and it flows with my shortys also jba ! I did like others but the cost over 1200.00 bucks for a full cat back is to high and not much more gain !

If you want your car to sound like a V8 then buy a V8. The V6 will sound the way it supposed to with a freer flowing exhaust. You can't circumvent physics and accoustics.

People need to get over their high horse and be realistic. How many v6 engines on the older generation cars sounded like a v8 when they freed up the exhaust? Jeebus!

Spintech's are out. Wish I would have waited. Love the way they sound! Had them on my 2004 Mustang GT!

I know that. We need a V6'r to take the plunge. I would if hadn't got the CB's. SPintechs have zero drone & nice sound.
