The only thing I can say about those gauges is they look really cool lit up at night. Other than that, no useful purpose.

They are meant to be a retro flash back to the First Gen Camaro. Are they useful....not much...but neither were the First Gen's console guages.

Most people like them but the good thing is if you don't you can get the 1SS or take them out if you have to have a 2SS.

Oh holy crap. Caverman, you have any bigger pics of that 69? Would you mind sharing them with us? I'd sure like to get a better look at it. What's under the hood? Transmission? I see 350 now, tell us more! Sweeeeet! Personally, I'd drive that over a new one...
