Here's a video of my new Magnaflows on my LS. No drone to speak of even at 70 to 80 mph.

Thanks. My installer did a nice job. I kept the stock V8 stuff from the cats back and only replaced the mufflers.

Here's the stock V8 system I had before.

Did you test any oval mufflers?

What do you think, could I fit oval (4"x9") 18" long there?
Or do I have to keep it 14" long?

Barely fit the 14's on mine with the 12" tips we had. 18's would go to almost the rearend itself.

I tested a different Magnaflow muffler (oval), Cherry Bomb (oval) Flow Master (oval), did not like any of them. 14" was a tight fit...I agree with blackbee.
