I was in Camaro heaven!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...:party0038:

OMG!!!!...someone said there were over 450 5thgens...

I got to ride around in a golf cart with the Fbodfather and was with him when he presented 'Dawson's award' to Ciscobee, a member of Camaro5, and also NY5THGEN (our local club)...

It was an award in memory of Dawson, a young boy who died from cancer...if you don't know the story, check out the Fbodfather's very emotional story about Dawson...

I won a plaque presented to me by John Fitzpatrick who is with Scott Settlemire's team, and in my signature photo...

I also saw Thor and Thor v 2.0 and I have a photo of Scott and myself next to them...

Can you say 'PERMAGRIN' ...I still have my permagrin now, even after I am home...the whole experience was amazing...

I went last year, and it was only about a month after taking delivery of my 'HWAY STR', and there were not too many 5thgens, but this year was even better, if that is even possible!!!...

I got to meet a bunch of my Camaro5 family members in person, and that was so great...I feel like I already know most of you from here, and getting to see each other in person is the 'icing on the cake'...

I promise to post photos as soon as my husband Keith gets a chance to download them from his camera...

Be patient...lol...

It was soooooo hard to be away from everyone on here...lol...

I had no access to a computer the whole weekend, and I was having such a great time being out and about and having a blast!!!...

Everytime I see Scott, I am like a giddy teenager...just ask him yourself...lol...I am one of his many, many fans...he's the best!!!...

Love ya, Scott!!!...can't wait until next year!!!... I hope you make it to NY sometime this year to attend one of our Camaro meets!!!...

Well, now that I am back to the 'real world', I will just say that if anyone has a chance to go next year, don't miss it...you have to go...you will not be sorry!!!...

On that note, I will do a 'very special, just returned from Carlisle and the Fbodfather' "prima"Donna smiley dance...lol....

Thanks 73 . With all the fabulous looking 2010 Camaro's there, I'm honored that you took the time to take a pic of MY car.

He had a few days worth of dust & spots when I left, and the drive out to Carlisle didn't help. I was out of Adam's spray, but have to hand it to Meguire's... their NXT detail spray really shined him up at the last minute.

hey prima donna i was parked right next to cisco and the ciscobee. and we were together when you and scott presented him with the dawson award. and let me tell you he was very touched by that and spoke about it all day. no matter how many times you read the story you can;t help but tear up. i just wanna thank everyone who was involved with the award and it couldnt have gone to a nicer and more deserving person.

Don't know for sure, but there were a LOT! Donna posted earlier that she heard 450 5th Gens., I wouldn't be surprised if that number was correct. Possibly even a little on the conservative side.

I think there were ALOT more 5th gens there that didn't register too- saw many parking in regular "fan" parking instead of registering. It was AWESOME to see so many. Plus LOVED looking at everyone's mods and even liked checking out various emblems, etc. people have put on.

Really gearing me up for Oshawa II

Ciscobee is absolutely the right person to receive the award...I know him from here and he is also a special member of our local Camaro Club - NY5THGEN...when Scott stopped at Cisco's Camaro to give him the award, I couldn't believe it was 'my Cisco', from our club...what a great guy!!!...

Congrats Ciscobee!!!...
