theres some 5th gen rs out side. im sure they are picking up some of the cute chick neighbors. im so jealous. lmao idk why, but i think the 5th gen is the most bad ass affordable car that you can buy. lol i wish i could just buy that now, but everyone is suggesting not to get a brand new car right now.

damn sorry to hear.... good your getting it fixed
if it was just a blown head gasket and it did not get into your oil, i would suggest first use bar's leaks, i know alot of people think of these products as scams and jokes..... well its 30 bucks, worth the try and i can say ive used it before, even on a v8, and has done wonders!

Any chance a friend or somebody might be able to help you out? I admit I've never personally swapped a head gasket but I know its not that bad. It just takes a while, hence why it would cost a chunk to have a shop do it.

I hear robbing banks nets you some pretty good money nowadays. I'm not sure if anything else will, so you may have to resort to that, lol.

seriously. i want to get some type of wagon. like an hhr. the interior sucks, the exterior looks funky but i kinda like it. i'll get the 2.4l engine, thats 170 hp. ten more hp then my camaro -_- lol i would really wana get a hhr ss, but that might be out of my price range. but i want something with space, for just incase i go home less i have a place to sleep :-p jk. and the mpgs is really good. i'll be saving money there and on insurance, so i could save up and buy a 5th gen after college. the hhr ss seems to be really fun and kinda looks good. 260 hp is not bad for that little wagon. way faster then my camaro.

If you're wantin another Camaro later, I would definitely not go for something as expensive as an HHR. I'f you're wanting some room get an SUV or a minivan or something. But then you're probably wantin somethin with a bit of style right? I'm all for chevy, but it's not gonna kill you to look at other makes.
I'm just sayin try to save some money, so later you can spend it on your Camaro

lol yea i pretty much want something from GM. and the older hhr's dont seem to be that expensive. like a 2006 2lt. and i was kinda looking at the mazda3 wagon too. i like wranglers but thats kinda impracticable lol if i want something really affordable then i guess i might go for a cobalt.

There's always Z28- fun and fairly economical overall... 4th gen V8's go pretty cheap these days
