Sorry to hear about what happened. This is why mine has never been parked at a store. I use my Jeep whenever I need to go somewhere.

I had a mint 81 Vette and someone walked on the hood ,roof and decklid area with their running shoes , the D#*K's threads on the soles of his shoes had stone pebbles and screwed my new paint job New paint job needed .

My mint 79 Vette had a bottle of Coke poured on it and was keyed another new paint job needed .

My mint 82 Vette had its passenger window torn out and right front tire knifed

At this point i gave up and bought a used Monte Carlo with 100,000 on the speedo and rust holding it together . Never had another problem again until the gas tank dropped from it ! Next it was a Jeep YJ , again no problems. I guess those Jackass's who can't have what we have will always show their stupidity.

When i do order my SS i hope it does not suffer the same fate as my past vehicles . Best of luck with your repair.

Dont want you to get your hopes up, but I dont think walmart will pay for this. Its not their fault, and im sure there are signs around somewhere that they are not responsible for cart damage. Just know from experience. They cant refuse to have you fill out a report, its just a formality.

man that happen 2 my 96' camaro i even saw the person that did it i went up 2 yell at them then they did it again!!!!!!!! i called the cops and found out that they were not even from this country and that i could not even do anything, all they did was ship him back 2 where they came from. >:-I

Anymore, if I'm in a big parking lot like that and I see a nice ride parked far out and vulnerable, I park my big 'ol Silverado next to it to protect it from dings and such. Sure I get ticked when I get a dent, but hell, it's just a truck. Don't worry, I don't park too close!

I think the new Camaro is flashier with the racing stripes on them big hood etc..the Gen 4 were more subtle and less expensive.

This is why I will not leave my car unattended...I just can't do it...unless I'm work. And when I'm there (government facility) security monitors the parking lots and I've got a good view of my car. I take my other car when I'm out shopping and running errands. Not sure if you have that capability...but if you do...I'd start taking the other car. Good Luck!

yea i have a 1995 gmc sonoma that im gonna start driving there. its pretty sad when you pay so much for something (my camaro is paid off) and you cant even take it to a public place without some moron doing something to it. i just dont like the idea of not driving my camaro. It's soooooo hard to resist because i love it lol. ive had it since july of last year and i have 14000 miles on it already because i love driving it around and its the v6 so its not bad on gas
