Back in the late 80's there was a group called FADE....fans against dale earnhardt... lmao he was more liked after his crash here in daytona. Although I was glad to see him win the 500.

I now own two. My hubby has taken the 68' over. But, it's a blast cruiseing together w/ our matching cars.

My story is exactly opposite. She got a Jewel Tintcoat V6 and had it for a couple of months before I couldn't stand it anymore. Went out and got the 2SS/RS. We both love the cars. Nuff Said.

OP, your wife is a keeper!!
However, I wouldn't advise painting on the NASCAR touches. That would kind of suck if the sponsorship changed or something.  At least vinyl would be easily removable.
