70...Retired Nuclear Physicist...Raced SCCA A-Sedan 1970-82 (67 Z28)...Have 5 1LE's (1989 IROC/1LE, 1992 B4C, 1993 Z28/1LE only 19 made, 2001 Z28/SLP-SS/1LE, 2014 2SS/1LE)...Am I the only 70 year old who bought a 2014 1LE? Your never too old to have fun...
Life has been great and just got better a week ago with delivery of my 2014 1LE...Runs the same lap time at VIR (full course/2m29s) as my 67 A-Sedan did in the 70's-that's with 12 inch racing slicks/Xram/Corvette J56 brakes/3050#. This thing is impressive for a street car and some racing cars...going to the Dragons Tail (US129 TN) this weekend, wish me luck. Z28931LE |
