Ed,

I used the Zaino cleaner and it seems to have worked (I'll look closer in the daytime). I've always loved Zaino but had only used their exterior products until today.

Thanks again for your help.

When it gets warmer I'll use the other $200.00 in Zaino stuff I bought!

I was pretty confident that the Zaino leather cleaner/conditioner would do the trick. I'm glad you're happy with the results.

When you begin using the other products, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me...I'll be very happy to help.

Here's my plan:

1) Wash with Dawn
2) Z-18 Clay Bar (kind of nervous about this part...never done it before)
3) Wash with Z-7
4) Polish with Z-5 (with ZFX) (have some swirls I want to get rid of)
5) Spray on Z-6
6) Polish with Z-5 (if needed)
7) Spray on Z-6
8) Polish with Z-2 (with ZFX) (at least two coats)
9) Spray on Z-6
10) Spray on Z-CS

I'll clean and condition the leather with Z-9 and Z-10, Z-12 for the glass and Z-16 for the tires. I'll use my white Zaino towels to remove polishes, and the blonde ones for the Z-6.

Anything I missed? I feel like Sal should be sending me Christmas cards or something. Maybe I should get a Zaino tattoo!

Your plan looks good to me!

I'll only add to use chenile or sheepskin wash mitts.

I was just planning on using high quality white towels. You think I can get the chenille or sheepskin mitts locally?

Yep! You should have no problem finding the mitts at any automotive store.

Don't know if this is of topic question, or if you know anything about this particular product, but what do you think about putting paint film on the car, you think is worth the money to put it on the car? Any info you have would be great. Thanx

Never heard of it. Unless you're referring to a dealer applied sealant?

Personally, I'd invest the money in good quality detailing products and do the work myself.

Ed,

I think he's talking about protecting the paint with a clear bra application like 3M or Venture Tape. I'm getting mine done next week.

Everything I've read is that you can put Zaino on it just like the rest of the car.

YES - you can wax/polish over the clear bra's. I've Zainoed over many.

Thanks for setting me straight.

Yeah It's like a clear bra, but instead putting it just in the front they put it on the whole car in return it protects it from chips or/and scratches, I think now they even put it on the lights.

Kool you are for the whole car or just the clear bra? Hey how much are you spending on it if you don't mind me asking.
