Well... it happenned!! My Camaro was hit on the side last friday night, while some of you guys had a party. A lady did not stop at her red light and hit me on my side...

front fender, my door... and most of the shock was absorbed by the front wheel... I think the direction and suspension is finished!

I can tell you that our car is like a tank... I did not feel a thing, I don't even think the car moved at all... So i'm alright and that is the good news.

The car is still in Quebec city because the ABS on all four wheels were locked.. couldn't move the car more than a hundred feet to have it parked on the side for the towing to pick it up.

So I had to come back with a rental... a Chrysler 200

Besides that, my week-end in Quebec city was lots of fun...

Sorry to read that JB. At least and most important you are OK. I know that it will be difficult to see what will happen next if the car is totaled...In a certain way I hope it will be since a repaired car is never the same as a new one....and you might get a 2012 for cheap....

If the strut assembly is all messed up, it might be totalled... Did any of your air bags deploy ?
