Well good for you! I didn't do anything last night so I felt like I had to today! I'll get some more in tomorrow. I'm going to have to work up to 6 miles, that's too much for me right now!

I can only run 6 twice a week.... I'm trying to get 15 -18 miles a week....

Usually end up at 15 - 16. Next week I'm trying for 18... We'll see... Man it's hard work getting back into shape. there was a time when I'd run about 15 miles a week and swim about 2...

Now??? not so much...
