I feel your pain. Tough to get any work done when toggling back and forth between tabs. Do not want to go through this another day or two.

The only thing I can figure if you have not received your VIN yet, is that something went wrong in your build, and they had to order a new part.. that will take 2 weeks to get.. I don't know if they can pull it off to the side, and wait for the part or if they continue to send it through, and then stage it in an area at the end waiting on the new parts.
