I talked to my dealer earlier, and it looks like in just 2 and a half to 3 weeks my car will be here.

The bad part is I still have 2 too many vehicles out front and I'm a little worried about not getting rid of them before it comes.

hey gta when i used to power lift hitting my plateau sucked so bad

, and he may be right about the food because if your putting on muscle your body requires more food to feed your muscles or your body will start basically eating itself to get the energy to recover

so then your metabolism and new muscle development begins to slow

so time to increase your efforts lol and eat maybe like one more snack(healthy lol) through out the day

thats cool i didn't know you had a trainer

hell i wish i could go to a gym but i have a treadmill and elliptical and some free weights that i use, i'm still getting results but i know its not like it used to be when i was in the weight room everyday lol

gen the noise is coming from the back of my car,

i havnt jacked it up yet but i was looking under the car and the back left there is a part of the suspension that is lower then the other side i would have to show you pics

ill look at it tomarrow
