Today I am having American Racing LTs with high flow cats installed on my car. Definitely gonna be in the 400 club. I think I am at 388 HP right now before LT and tune.

Had the LTs ceramic coated and they look sweet!

Would like to see some pictures of those (coated). Guess they're installed by now. Who did the coating?

Let us know how the sound is with your Corsa exhaust.

Pro-Kote here in Indy did the coatings. They look pretty sweet. A little dull near the heads since it has been heated up by dyno runs now, but they still look great.

As for the sound with the Corsa, not what I expected based on what I had read. It took a very mild exhaust and turned it into a decibel making monster. When it is idling, it sounds good as well as minor accelaration and cruising (still no drone), but if you give it any gas, it screams. Not that low muscle car rumble I was looking for or expected to keep.

Have a big run to Decatur, IL tomorrow with the Central Indiana Camaro Club, so I will get more time to listen. I just know now, if I get on it when I leave my neighborhood, they are gonna be hunting me down with pitch forks and knives.

I really can tell the flow is much better, but it almost sounds like someone removed the seats and carpet from the back of the car now. Hmmm.

VERY SOLID NUMBERS! I really need to get my cat back! They do really open up with the headers. Cats?

I am sure it sounds like a beast. I have decided to go with Flowmaster American Thunder like on Drew's car. (Sorry Drew, I am copying ) As far as Corsa, I have never been a big fan, though you car did sound really good before, now I am sure its a little "raspy" or as Corsa likes to say "European"... which would be great if this were a Ferrari! If you think about changing out, look into Flowmaster AT or Borla (Touring for a milder sound or Type S for a low muscle car sound). Anyway you go, its going to be considerably louder than stock.

There was a reason I asked this question. Another C5.com member put headers on his with existing Corsa and his wife couldn't stand it. He did a lot a research and went with Magnaflow's Street exhaust. He is L99 as well, and put a supercharger on, so it was probably even louder.

You might want to PM him about his research, his member id is "kook" and he is in Indiana as well. He is post number two on this thread: Corsa's

Thanks, I will definitely do that. I was thinking Magnaflow also, but figured I needed to do some more research and maybe listen to some actual cars instead of only taking peoples word.

Maybe you didn't see it. I posted a visitors message on your profile asking about your decals. I thought you said you were working with someone making your own. I need some decals made and I can't find anyone to do it
