I think you're right on the money there. Friday meet and greet and stay at hotel; all day Saturday at track, then some will crash there.

Friday night I may be a bit tipsy after the meet and greet and wouldn't want to drive back to the track. So I may stay in the hotel Friday night but I will be camping at the track for sure Saturday night and will have my camp set up friday at the track

Well Junk it doesn't sound like you need any help being held accountable like I do, but if you want to join in on the Sunday morning "come clean with what you did" accountability report, the more the merrier!

I'm not starting a weight training program until January, and I'm starting to think that 20 miles a week might be a bit much. I don't want my body to start burning muscle instead of fat & carbs. :(

Simple solution, eat normal. If you eat normal, then those 20 miles will cut fat, and will lose weight steadily.

Btw, I also think 20 is a little high for each week. Just do 7-14 a week. 7 would be a mile a day obviously, and 14 would be 2 a day for a week. 1 mile a day is more than most do in a year.

Well my eating "normal" is probably different than most people's eating normal. I really avoid foods that are starches that just metabolize into sugar, and I also do my best to avoid whole wheat and corn products that basically just slow down the metabolism.

I usually run anywhere from 3-4.5 miles each time, and I exercise 3-5 times a week. I probably need to eat more now that I'm exercising again.

Yeah. You are going to burn too much fat I'd think.

It also depends on what you want to tone. I have found that flutter kicks and leg lifts really help develop the lower abdominal area, as well as legs.

Well, I'm a woman, so naturally it's my legs, butt, and abs that need the toning!

I'm not that much overweight, just a few extra pounds, so I really don't have a lot of weight to lose.....I'm just basically trying to keep the holiday calories from adding any weight over the next month!

Cool, I found a video for those kicks.....looks like fun! That trainer is sure motivation for me! Yummmmmm!

Lol. A nice butt on a female is always a good thing. Legs, well, they go together so lol. I am personally not a big ab guy. I like women with flat stomachs, I don't need to see abs.

I am also sure you don't need to lose weight. I think that's you just being critical of yourself.

So what does your husband/bf have to say about you going to C5F to pose with cars?

He doesn't mind at all!

He also knows me well. Once I decide to do something, there's no stopping me!

HAHA, that's because cars are not as..."dangerous" looking as bikes. I guarantee if you were posing with sport bikes, it would be totally different with him lol.

Well we may get to find out. Didn't you say you are bringing your bike? I'm sure the ladies will pose with your bike (and you if you like) if you want us too!

Oh, and by the way, I'm not easily intimated or scared!
