Borrego Springs would be a nice run! Maybe in August. I think we gotta let this one live for a bit. Every couple months is nice to do something but if we do it too often then it loses the appeal and the numbers drop. RaceLegal is the perfect example. First time I gathered folks for that we had 25 show up. Each Friday since we have lost a few and now we are down to about a solid 12. So...RSVP to RaceLegal on that thread for this Friday! Matt's last event! And I will give some thought to Borrego Springs in August. Of course anyone can plan anything they like

I've been talking to aSSian about possibly doing a SoCal to Vegas trip and meeting up with his club Sin City Camaros. They are doing a Mt. Charleston cruise in august and extended us an invite. I was going to throw a feeler out at RaceLegal and see if anyone would be interested if I could put something together.

It doesn't have to be august. That's just when the cruise is that they invited us to. When we figure out a date he'll get the club together and plan an event for all of us while were out there.

November sounds good to me. A friend of mine is coming in from Lakeland, Florida and wants us to meet him there on Nov 1st for a 50th birthday party so let me know. The weather is so much better in November. August is roasting in Vegas. How do I know, I was stationed there for over three years in the Air Force. Nothing but shake & bake weather.

Im heading to Vegas this weekend and in July.. Its about 106 out there now. August will burn the peeps who got sun burn this weekend lol.. Too hot to drive with top down too, muy caliente.. Theres hot August nights in Reno.. But I agree that doing it too often will loose its glory. Lets bask in the filty glory of the adrenalin rush we got driving this weekend.
