Well she was covered with bug guts from the long drive and I didn't want people at the office to see her for the first time like that

. She has close to 700 miles on her now. The only part that was stressful was going through Ft. Worth and the numerous construction zones where I had to drive for miles half on the road and half on the shoulder :(.

It's funny, my boss, who I park next to has a red Corvette Z06 and a blue ZR1, really loves my car and wants to get one now

No mishaps though, but lots of idiots out there gawking at the car and doing silly things. Luckily I'm a defensive driver and I watch the drivers around me.

I had my iPod loaded with lots of really good music like Crazy Train, Bad to the Bone, Burn it to the Ground, Ladies and Gentlemen, Animals, New Divide, What I've Done, and too many others to list and I just drank Mountain Dew and cranked up the tunes and it went by fast

Do you plan on putting stripes on it or leaving it just the way it is ? Looks wondeful as is by the way...your gonna have to come see us here in shawnee...

I haven't totally decided on the stripes yet, but if I do add stripes they will be like what this member did and be gold pearl. I think it looks sharp and doesn't take away from the car any. Plus being a V6, I sort of feel a little weird about putting racing stripes on her

I got some orange bowtie blackouts and the back one went on fine, the front one was impossible. I'm going to try it again but this time get a professional detailer to do it for me, but eventually I'll get the bowties painted

My custom floor mats should be in any day now and I'll be getting the windows tinted tomorrow so once I'm done with those things I'll get some more pictures taken of her.

I think it would be great to plan something maybe in the middle of the state so we can get as many cars together as possible

I'll be another 3 weeks before I can drop Headers, Clear Bra and Window tint on my car. Got a ton of bills hitting me in the next week or 2.

Superior in Merriam has a white one with stripes outside. Saw it as I was driving by last night so not sure if it was SS or LT.

I plan on going until about noon, then we're off to the lake again...

I plan on bringing the Camaro...it seems to get more attention than the Z does these days!
