What's the one thing I'm never going to read here?
"oh my God, I'm so stupid for buying a '13, this is so much better." You guys are a riot. I own a red jewel 2010 1SS, vin under 25,000. The 2014 Red Hot color SS RS at the unveiling is one of the sharpest Camaros I've seen in my life. The RS tailights are fine, non RS aren't. The refresh corrected one of the things I disliked the most, the way the front end almost droops in the middle. Aesthetically, the 2010 to 2013 is not as perfect as the IROC Camaro was. Can't wait to see it in person, and the Chevy SS in the red hot color too. |

Thanks for the pics!!
To be honest and this is only my personal opinion, the front end is ALRIGHT.... The rear end, I do not like at all, looks a bit like a challenger to me, or at least starting to head that way. Glad I have a 2010 SSRS sitting in the garage. Just not impressed with the real life look. Looked much better in the promo photos. Thanks for the picks. Not sure this new look will help with sales, time will tell I guess.

Nobody can deny this looks amazing though. Non RS headlights, front splitter and black wheels on a white car. it looks right on the 14 model IMO. Can't wait to see one in person.
I stand by the claim that it's less muscular, but for a stripped down race car like this i think it works. let's also not forget the purpose of the 2014 refresh was performance oriented.

The track pics of the Camaro with the Vette put things in perspective a bit with regards to the rear-end. They definitely play off one another.....the Camaro looking like a morph somewhat of the Vette. It was that way in the 70's for a bit......

One thing for sure. The 2014 front end so looks much better when the perspective is from low on the car like that Z/28 shot we all know so well. But a pre '14 looks awkward from that same angle.
If you raise the perspective the '14 grill area starts looking a bit smooshed together and the pre '14s start looking better. If we keep this in mind we can all own the best looking Camaro by using pics from the best angle. And '14 haters don't forget to be nice to the new members who buy a '14 and post their pics. Existing members getting a '14 already have their flame suits on.

I think, with no design experience, that the side markers should have been eliminated.... letting the warp around tails take care of it on the rear and have a similar amber wrap around effect up front.

I dont think that it will have major differences. But if you hate the 2014, wait until to see what is coming ahead... no more Mr Big Guy
