Well, finally found a dead pedal cover -- one of the members on the forum turned me onto this (from ultimatepedals.com -- had to ask for this kind specifically -- G8-Camaro).

A little use of an old mouse pad, some super glue, Velcro and here I go:

Looks like a set!

I cut a cheap mouse pad to shape so it would cover the horizontal openings (and screw holes).
I superglued that to the back of the pedal (the part the mouse glided on was 'upright' and the backing faced the carpet dead pedal).
Once that was superglued, I then put velcro on the mouse pad backing -- supergluing that also to the backing.
I then place the 'other' side of the velcro on and then just 'pressed it' to the carpet dead pedal. Pushed it down, and applied pressure with my foot to make sure it was 'set'.

Info for the pedal is on this thread:

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=411761

Also:

Ryan from GPI dialed in the 'cold' start and running and its improved so much that it is easier to go right after startup! Car is really running strong and its been a joy to drive -- when I'm not working so much!

With the bolt (heads) in the pedal (did NOT drill for them, just used smaller bolts (length) and super-glued them in):

For those who thought it would look better with screws...

Well, I'm happy to report the remote tune Ryan (Rhino79) did for the cold start and run has really helped! The car starts and idles so much better -- can't thank him enough. Now, when winter comes, I'll be able to feel the improvement!

Ordering a hotchkis max chassis brace. Should be in this week and I'll install that bad boy. Also planning on the ADM solid subframe bushings. These should really get the power down!

Finally slowed down enough so I can get back on the ADM install guide! Andy has been very patient and I'm thankful for that.

Getting ready for CFest! Can't wait...

OK, got the Hotchkis Max Chassis Brace from dynosteve @ RDP -- Super Fast service and great price!

Here is what I got in the kit -- nicely packed:

Jacked up the rear of the car, and, following the easy directions, began to install (link to instructions:

http://files.hotchkis.net/instructions/20104.pdf

Since the '11 does not have the pre-tapped holes, need to use this on the front outer bolt on each side -- goes in the 'channel':

Middle brace in and everything torqued to spec!:

Now, this is a bit thicker than the stock brace near the exhaust. I did notice its close and rattles a bit, so I'll get the exhaust raised 1/2 inch and that will clear it no problem!

Very nice kit and Steve from RDP really got it to me fast -- 2 days from order date to in my hands...

B&B muffler took care of the rattle so it was ready for a test! So far, real solid feel on takeoff and turns...

Prepping for CFest. Install the NoviStretch:

pretty easy install -- followed this:

http://www.novistretch.com/pages/fbm...n-instructions

Had to remove the Jac-Fab though (that is in the trunk to put back on later)...

and then found this during the prep (ugh):

Got it fixed -- but was scared I needed 'new' tires -- and these puppies would need to be ordered!

Well I FINALLY got the ADM LSA install guide to a point where Andy can review for final passage! That was a LOT of work (209 pages with pictures - I did this via my company -- Acceleration Technologies Inc.), but I'm hopeful for those who want to do the install, a 'Pictorial' guide will help them (and this build thread as a reference)...

Whew...

I'll be very interested to see what you think of them. Eventually I'm going to do all of the bushings under my car, and the solid subframe bushings are tempting, I'm just not sure about the NVH tradeoff.

I have Delrin BMR cradle bushings. No NVH and I did all my suspension and sway bars at the same time.

Well, just got back from CFest VI -- the car did great -- avg 20.5 mpg -- the ONLY issue I had was sitting @ a dead stop in Arkansas for 45 minutes -- then the temps (oil, trans, engine) kicked up -- sitting there @ a dead stop was 118* -- yep, it was HOT, had to roll down the windows and kick on the heater to cool it down -- wife was not thrilled, but that worked to keep the temps in line -- so, for this kind of heat, looks like I'll need to get a bigger radiator to handle that -- not sure which brand, but I'm sure several will do (Ron Davis, AFCO, CSF, Mishimoto, etc.). Will be looking for a 'direct' fit so I don't have to 'redo' anything. May need to look into water wetter also... Outside of that, it was an amazing trip -- car performed great and the LSA Supercharger made it an enjoyable cruise there and back!

Found out the NoviStretch was scratching up the paint -- several others who used it experienced the same thing.

Andrew from NoviStretch contacted us so we'll see if they can find what caused it. I'll need to see if I can get clear pics -- did it on the mirrors also...

Yuck...
